Over eleven years of experience in development, international cooperation, and social protection, having worked with the World Bank, IDB, and other organizations in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Malaysia, and El Salvador. ODI Fellow in Guinea Bissau’s Ministry of Education and served four years in Colombia’s Ministry of Health and Social Protection. His expertise spans data analysis, impact assessments, survey design, and advisory in labor markets, social protection, and digital transformation.
Currently, Social Affairs Officer at ESCWA, where he works on adaptive social protection, including modelling to forecast social assistance needs under socioeconomic and climate-related shocks, optimization and clustering of beneficiaries, and contributing to reports on inequality, social insurance, and social assistance.
