Bio
Justus Kweya Okoko is currently the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP’s) Programme Specialist (SDG Integration) in Arab States region. His responsibilities include supporting capacity building initiatives and knowledge around Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), National Voluntary Review (VNRs) reporting, mapping national development response/South-South Cooperation with coherent approaches, urban resilience and advancing SDG localization. He has a master’s degree in urban and regional planning. He has worked for UNDP for over 16 years and has regional experience in Asia and Africa since joining in May 2006 as Project Coordinator, based in Sudan.
