Marie-José Tayah is technical specialist for social dialogue at the International Labour Organization in Qatar where is she is also focal point for private sector engagement, gender equality and non-discrimination.
Previously, Marie-José was Regional Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa for the International Domestic Workers Federation (2017-2018), Technical Officer on Migration with ILO’s Labour Migration Branch in Geneva (2014-2017), Research Coordinator for domestic work at the ILO’s regional office for Arab States (2011-2013), and M&E Officer at the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (2005-2006).
Marie-José is a PhD candidate in International Relations and Diplomacy and holds an M.A. in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding as Fulbright Graduate Grantee.
