As a certified professional in RBM and PRINCE2, I have been providing technical support to several initiatives within the UN system. I have served as an M&E and RBM expert for several UN agencies including UNRC, UNDP and UN Women. Apart from my proven expertise in results-based management, program development and M&E, I have also performed in various programming roles for different UN agencies. I have held positions such as Rule of Law Specialist, Gender & Rule of Law Consultant, UNW Policy Specialist etc. I have developed and implemented strategic planning and policy reform frameworks including but not limited to Roadmap for Rule of Law Reforms, GEWE Policy Framework, Gender Analysis of rule of law institutions. I have led on the UN system wide process of developing 'Joint Work Plan' in order to implement UNSDCF. I am quite familiar with UN programming techniques, operations and policies. I have developed M&E plans, Coordination Frameworks etc. I have also authored several research reports including evaluations, baselines and policy analysis etc for different UN organisations. I am currently working as a 'Results Planning Specialist' for UN Women Conflict Cluster Office Tunisia and Libya since Sep 2021. My technical support mainly focused on supporting formulation of strategic notes for both Libya and Tunisia country offices besides M&E, reporting and JWP processes including UN info related work.
