Servant leader with over 30 years of strategic, regional and technical experience to empower and engage with counterparts, delivering high quality programming across program management, normative, policy and advocacy roles. With a breadth of regional and technical experience, Dr. Nersesyan has served for nearly eight years in the Middle East and conducted several short- and long-term assignments throughout Africa, Europe, and Asia helping mobilize the political will, technical capabilities and financial means to help enable women to determine their own paths and girls to transform their lives.
Dr. Nersesyan is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program and also has a Certificate in Team Development and Team Coaching program.
• Member of the UN Senior Women Talent Pool (SWTP) selected through a competitive process of leadership assessments.
• Graduate of Leadership & Cooperation in UN Peace Operations, Swedish Armed Forces, 2018
