Bio
With over 25 years of experience in environment and sustainable development Mr. Iyngararasan Mylvakanam has extensive experience in development of science, capacity, partnerships, and solutions for addressing chemicals, waste and air pollution issues. Mr. Mylvakanam joined the UNEP Regional Office for West Asia as Regional Coordinator for Chemicals and Pollution in 2019. Prior to joining the West Asia Office, he has been working in the UNEP International Environmental Technology Centre in Osaka, UNEP Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, and the UNEP Headquarters in Nairobi.
