Modher has worked for over 17 years in the humanitarian sector with variety of International NGOs and UN agencies. Modher joined IOM in 2008 working on a broad emergency response portfolio across Iraq and Syria, including the coordination and implementation of Displacement Tracking Matrix activities (DTM), NFI/Shelter response, Psychosocial Support (PSS) and community mobilization programmes.
Modher has a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the Mosul University, a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Operations from the Italian-Swiss University and has completed various professional trainings .
