Bio
Working in the UN since 2007. Iam Leading the implementation of several projects including: Improving Competition and Protecting Consumers in the Arab region; Enhancing Integrated National Development Planning, the Arab Business Environment Legislative Framework.
Leading the implementation of the Annual Arab Competition Forum in partnership with OECD & UNCTAD.
Drafting annually since 2012, the socioeconomic & gender dynamics chapter of flagship publication: "Survey of Economic and Social Developments in the Arab Region".
Holder of bronze "Munasara Gender Equality Award" in 2018.
As for publications, I was responsible for drafting publications, and many technical and policy oriented papers on emerging socioeconomic, economic governance, and development issues
I also contributed to the production and drafting of many user manuals, country surveys, and assessments as well as parliamentary documentation for intergovernmental meetings. In addition to handbooks such as the “Behavioural Insights and Strategic Planning Handbook”
I have been responsible of the development of online courses, preparing the structure, course material, course content, and instructions on the narratives, scripts, and course design of the courses such as Fighting Bid Rigging in Public Procurement, and Behavioral Insights and Strategic Planning.
I also served in Budgeting and Finance in UNIFIL for 2 years and in Human Resources Management at ESCWA for 3 years. During that period, I worked on staff development, performance management, and benefits and entitlements. I also formerly served at the American Society for Management from 2003 until 2007 as a Project Manager and Quality Management consultant and auditor.
